A mistake costs more than the right question.

We identify risks and opportunities before they turn into costs.

Avoid overpaying for an asset

Identify hidden investment needs, liabilities and restrictions before signing.

Protect your investment budget

Validate the economics of construction, livestock procurement and feed supply.

Manage production costs

Connect feeding, weight gain, reproduction and cash flow.

Be ready for financing

Why a closer look pays off

Illustrative calculations, not client results or promised returns.

01 / Buying a feedlot

The asking price is only the beginning

The asking price is KZT 500m. Due diligence identifies another KZT 35m needed for water, pens and equipment.

KZT 535mCapital needed before working capital. A basis for negotiation, not a guaranteed discount.
02 / Feed costs

Small percentage. Meaningful savings.

An annual feed budget of KZT 150m. A 5% reduction in losses while maintaining productivity.

KZT 7.5m / yearGross savings before implementation costs: 150m × 5%.
03 / Cost of financing

Compare the full cost of capital

On a constant KZT 100m balance, the difference between 20% and 6% interest over a full year is:

KZT 14mInterest only, excluding repayments and fees. 20% is an illustrative rate.

Careers and collaboration

Strong projects start with people.

We invite industry specialists to meet Zengi Group and discuss project-based cooperation.

Animal science and veterinary practice

Relevant qualifications, hands-on farm experience and the ability to work with herd data. You should be able to explain recommendations to farm staff and check results in practice.

Nutrition, reproduction, herd health and biosecurity.

Finance and investment

Experience in financial modelling, project analysis or financing preparation. We look for transparent calculations, careful checks of input data and an understanding of agricultural economics.

Financial models, business plans, asset due diligence and financing structures.

Engineering, land and law

Practical experience in your field: farm infrastructure, land matters or legal support. Work requiring a licence or professional authorisation calls for valid credentials.

Infrastructure, water, land rights, contracts and permits.

How to get involved

  1. Introduce yourself

Tell us your specialism, location, experience and availability. A short introduction is enough to start.

  2. Discuss your approach

We will discuss examples of your work without confidential information and match your expertise to project needs.

  3. Agree the engagement

When a suitable assignment arises, we will agree the scope, timing, fee and contract.

Across every discipline, we value reliable delivery, clear written conclusions, confidentiality and teamwork. Potential conflicts of interest are discussed before an engagement begins.

09 / Common questions

Clarity first. Then a decision.

Can we start with a small farm?

Yes. We start with your task and the available data. A rapid project review over 5–7 working days is often enough for the first decision: what is viable, which data are missing and where to invest first.

Do you guarantee a loan or subsidy?

We are responsible for the agreed scope of preparation and support. The bank, investor or programme operator makes the decision. Before starting, we check the main eligibility criteria, collateral, own contribution and availability of the financing instrument.

What will I receive besides a report?

Depending on the task, you receive an editable financial model, a business plan, a transaction risk register, design solutions or an implementation plan with responsibilities and deadlines. The contract lists the outputs and file formats for each stage.

How are fees and payments agreed?

After the first meeting, we provide a proposal with the scope, schedule and fixed stage fees. Payment is usually split into an advance and payments for agreed deliverables. Site visits, laboratory work, design review and third-party services are listed separately.

Can you support construction and livestock procurement?

Yes: from concept design and site selection to coordinating design documentation, design review and acceptance of a livestock batch. Design, survey, veterinary and legal procedures are carried out by appropriately authorised specialists.

Do you work throughout Kazakhstan?

Yes. We combine analysis and document preparation with site visits when the task requires them. We agree the locations, number of visits and expenses in advance.

How are my documents protected?

On request, we sign a confidentiality agreement before materials are shared. We define the project team and access to data. We do not publish client information or project results without approval.
